Fitchville, Hartland, Norwalk, and Peru Townships do not have township level zoning and are therefore subject to the regulations of the Huron County Planning Commission. According to the Huron County Planning Commissioner, this includes the Subdivision Regulations and the Comprehensive Land Use Plan linked in the county profile as well as any additional discretion given based on various circumstances.
